Heritage months and commemorative days highlight the histories, identities, and contributions of diverse communities, creating intentional opportunities to foster a welcoming environment. By focusing on these observances, we acknowledge the importance of storytelling, representation, and intentional reflection in creating environments that celebrate culture and foster belonging for all.
The Multicultural Resource Center collaborates with various student and staff organizations, committees, and campus partners to organize and host cultural awareness offerings that are open to all UCSF members.
