"Tambayan" is a Tagalog word that means "a place for hanging out," and in honor of Filipino American History Month, we invite you to be in community with us for UFA's second annual Tambayan. This year, we have invited Bryan Pangelinan, Composer & Executive Producer of "Larry the Musical: An American Journey" to join us for a conversation about Larry the Musical, which showcases Larry Itliong and the Filipino American farmworkers who started the 1965 Great Delano Grape Strike, one of the most significant social justice movements in history. This conversation will include a moderated question and answer period.
